Letter as Agreement

This template is for use as a form of Professional Services Agreement for small scale and simple projects – equivalent to Low Complexity Projects in the SACAP Professional Fee guidelines.
The intent is that the template is transposed onto the practitioner’s own letterhead and customised to suit the specifics of the project utilising the bracketed options and instructions which are explained below.
It is advised that Practice Guidelines 14.9 & 14.10, as available in the SAIA Compendium of Practice Guidelines, are consulted prior to and during completion of the Letter of Agreement and associate Schedule of Services.
